About Work With Vizion
Work With Vizion is led by Director Nic, who has spent 35 years actually running hospitality and eco-tourism destinations — not advising on them from the outside. That means firsthand experience across the entire lifecycle of a destination: planning a property, building it, staffing it, and managing every aspect of day-to-day operations.
That operational depth is backed by formal training and corporate experience: a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Tourism Management, a Business Management Diploma, seven years in HR and Business Administration, and four years in Business Development as a Key Accounts Manager in London's business sector.
We're a B-BBEE accredited business, registered with CIPC, and a member of APSO and SABPP — with a POPIA-registered Information Officer overseeing how every candidate's and client's information is handled.
Leadership
Managing Director
35 years actually running hospitality and eco-tourism destinations — not advising on them from the outside. Firsthand experience across the entire lifecycle of a destination: planning a property, building it, staffing it, and managing every aspect of day-to-day operations, backed by formal training and corporate experience.
Operations Director
A hospitality professional with formal training across wine and spirits, bartending and barista service, and high-end silver service. Her Superyacht Stewardess training covers the full spectrum of luxury guest service — from wine pairings and synchronised silver service to garment and laundry care — complemented by food hygiene and first aid certification.
Director of Commercial Development
Holds a B-Tech in Labour Relations Management from the Vaal University of Technology, building on a Diploma in Labour Law from the same institution. Her academic background covers the full spectrum of labour law and workplace relations — from collective bargaining and dispute resolution to human rights law and organisational behaviour — underpinned by strong research and analytical skills.
